- 2 pudding dishes or bowls
Ingredients
- 2 peaches stone removed and cut into wedges
- 125 g blueberries
- 200 g vegan yogurt e.g. soy or coconut yogurt

- Grill the peaches in a griddle pan over a medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
- Place a layer of blueberries in the bottom of your serving dish or bowl.
- Next layer on half of the yogurt.
- Cut some of the peach wedges into cubes and add them on top of the yogurt.
