  • 2 pudding dishes or bowls

Ingredients
  

  • 2 peaches stone removed and cut into wedges
  • 125 g blueberries
  • 200 g vegan yogurt e.g. soy or coconut yogurt

Instructions
 

  • Grill the peaches in a griddle pan over a medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
  • Place a layer of blueberries in the bottom of your serving dish or bowl.
  • Next layer on half of the yogurt.
  • Cut some of the peach wedges into cubes and add them on top of the yogurt.
  • Repeat with another layer of blueberries and yogurt.
  • Finish with the remaining fruit and serve.
