- 2 peaches stone removed and cut into wedges
- 125 g blueberries
- 200 g vegan yogurt e.g. soy or coconut yogurt
Grill the peaches in a griddle pan over a medium heat for 5 minutes on each side.
Place a layer of blueberries in the bottom of your serving dish or bowl.
Next layer on half of the yogurt.
Cut some of the peach wedges into cubes and add them on top of the yogurt.
Repeat with another layer of blueberries and yogurt.
Finish with the remaining fruit and serve.
