- 1 teaspoon matcha powder
- 4 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 200 g raspberries
- 8 tablespoon dairy-free yogurt
Whisk plant-milk and matcha until fully dissolved.
Stir in chia seeds and maple syrup.
Refrigerate 2+ hours until thick.
Mash half the raspberries and spoon into serving dish.
