- 150 g rolled oats
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
- 300 ml plant milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 tablespoon blueberries fresh or frozen
Pre-heat your oven to 180C / 356F / gas mark 4
Place all of the ingredients except the blueberries into a blender and blitz until smooth.
Stir in the blueberries.
Grease four small ramekins or a baking dish.
Spoon in the oat mix and bake in the centre of the oven for 15 – 20 minutes until golden on top.
