Vegan Almond Protein Balls

Ingredients

  • 350 g pitted dates soaked in boiling water then drained
  • 75 g ground almonds
  • 125 g almond butter
  • 50 g vanilla protein powder vegan
  • 4 tablespoon almond milk if required

Instructions

  • Combine dates, ground almonds, almond butter, and protein powder in a food processor and blend until a dough forms.
  • If the dough is not coming together add the almond milk one tablespoon at a time until the dough forms.
  • Take 2 tablespoon of the dough and roll into golf ball size balls.
  • Let dry at room temperature before serving.
