- 350 g pitted dates soaked in boiling water then drained
- 75 g ground almonds
- 125 g almond butter
- 50 g vanilla protein powder vegan
- 4 tablespoon almond milk if required
Combine dates, ground almonds, almond butter, and protein powder in a food processor and blend until a dough forms.
If the dough is not coming together add the almond milk one tablespoon at a time until the dough forms.
Take 2 tablespoon of the dough and roll into golf ball size balls.
Let dry at room temperature before serving.
