- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon ginger minced
- 3 spring onions thinly sliced
- 10 shitake mushrooms sliced
- 300 g rice cooked
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok then add the garlic, ginger and spring onions.
Fry the garlic, ginger and spring onions for 1 minute until they release their aromas.
Add the mushrooms and saute for 5 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and cook for 5-8 minutes or until heated through.
Season with the soy sauce and sesame oil.
Serve while piping hot.
