- 2 slices sourdough
- 100 grams wild mushrooms
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 0.5 teaspoon olive oil truffle oil if possible
- 1 clove garlic crushed
- 2 sprigs thyme
- 2 tablespoon crème fraiche
Melt the butter and oil in a small frying pan.
Toss in the mushrooms and thyme with the crushed garlic; fry on a high heat until they are softened and hot through.
Lastly, add in the crème fraiche and keep stirring until the mushroom mix is piping hot.
Toast two pieces of wholemeal bread and spoon the mushrooms over the top.
Eat while hot!
