- 350 g apples cut into 1 inch cubes
- 50 g caster sugar
- 1 teaspoon rose water
- 3 cardamom pods
- 50 ml water
Place all of the ingredients into a heavy bottomed saucepan and place over a medium-low heat.
Cook the apples until the sugar has melted and the apples have softened and begun to break down.
Use immediately or leave to cool and store in an airtight container or jar in the fridge.
