- 6 plum tomatoes sliced
- 2 balls vegan mozzarella sliced
- 1 handful basil leaves only
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
Arrange the slices of tomato, mozzarella and basil leaves on a plate, alternating between slices of each.
Drizzle over the olive oil and then sprinkle over the salt.
Serve immediately.
