Ingredients

  • 50 grams oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 100 ml coconut milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
  • 4 passion fruit pulp only

Instructions

  • The night before, place the oats, chia seeds, coconut milk and the salt in a bowl.
  • Cover and leave the oats and chia seeds to soak up the milk.
  • In the morning, loosen the oats with the coconut yogurt.
  • Serve with the passion fruit pulp - I like to layer mine in a jar to take to the office.
