- 50 grams oats
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 100 ml coconut milk
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 tbsp coconut yogurt
- 4 passion fruit pulp only
The night before, place the oats, chia seeds, coconut milk and the salt in a bowl.
Cover and leave the oats and chia seeds to soak up the milk.
In the morning, loosen the oats with the coconut yogurt.
Serve with the passion fruit pulp - I like to layer mine in a jar to take to the office.
