  • 1 pitta bread toasted and cut into small pieces
  • 4 salad tomatoes seeds removed, quartered
  • 0.5 cucumber cubed
  • 1 small red onion thinly sliced
  • 1 Romaine lettuce shredded
  • 0.5 handful fresh mint cut into ribbons
  • 0.5 handful fresh parsley finely chopped

For the dressing

  • 100 ml olive oil
  • 1 lemon juice only
  • 0.5 garlic clove crushed
  • 2 tbsp sumac
  • salt and pepper to taste
