For the porridge
- 150 g porridge oats
- 2 tablespoon chia seeds
- 750 ml almond milk
- 100 g frozen blueberries
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup
For the topping
- 1 banana sliced
- 75 g fresh blueberries
- 2 tablespoon almond butter
- 2 tablespoon flaked almonds
Add the oats, chia seeds, almond milk and frozen blueberries to a sauce pan.
Bring it to a boil then reduce to a simmer.
Cook for 7-10 minutes stirring occasionally.
Take off the heat and stir in the maple syrup.
Divide between two bowls and add the toppings.
