- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 200 g choi sum
- 4 spring onions sliced lengthways
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 teaspoon root ginger minced
- 2 tsps light soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Shaoxing wine
- 1 teaspoon toasted sesame oil
- 1 pinch ground white pepper
Heat the vegetable oil in your wok.
Add the choi sum and cook for 1 - 2 minutes until it just starts to wilt.
Next add the garlic, ginger, soy sauce and Shaoxing wine and stir to coat the choi sum.
Once coated, add the sesame oil and pinch of pepper.
Serve while piping hot.
