- 250 g Caulilini
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 clove garlic thinly sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
Pre-heat the oven to 200 C / 392 F / gas mark 6.
Place the caulilini into a roasting tin along with the olive oil, garlic and salt and pepper. Toss well.
Roast for 15 minutes until the white florets are just turning brown and the stems are tender.
