Fresh Fig Salad with Cured Ham and Mozzarella
This salad is the perfect balance of sweet figs, salty ham and creamy mozzarella. It's also a wonderful mix of hot and cool. A real delight for the tastebuds!

- 2 figs
- 2 slices cured ham
- 75 grams mozzarella
- Slice bread cut into croutons and toasted
- 100 grams salad leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey
Scatter the leaves onto a plate, top with the toasted croutons, strips of cured ham and torn pieces of mozzarella.
Rinse the figs under cool water before quartering and placing under a hot grill for 4 mins.
When the figs have warmed through, add to the salad then drizzle over the honey.
Serve while still warm!
