- 3 blood oranges 2 juiced, 1 segmented
- ¼ teaspoon rose water
- 50 g chia seeds
Whisk the yogurt, blood orange juice and rose water in a medium bowl.

Leave the chia pudding in the fridge overnight to allow the chia seeds to swell.
