In this recipe sesame bagels are topped with vegan cream cheese, avocado, cucumber, tomatoes, pickled red onion and alfalfa sprouts!

- 2 sesame bagels
- 4 tbsp vegan cream cheese garlic and herb flavour
- 2 large avocados thinly sliced
- 2 inch cucumber thinly sliced
- 6 cherry tomatoes sliced
- 4 tbsp pickled red onion slices
- 4 tbsp alfalfa sprouts
Begin by cutting your bagels in half and toasting them for 2 minutes or until just warm and crisp.
Spread with the cream cheese.
Next top with the vegetables, starting with the sliced avocado, cucumber and tomatoes.
Spoon over some pickled red onion slices and top off with the alfalfa sprouts before serving.
