Raspberry and Apple Bircher
This simple Raspberry and Apple Bircher is a fantastic way to start the day with minimal effort.

- 400 grams apples roughly 4 apples
- 150 grams rolled oats
- 2 handfuls raspberries frozen or fresh
Grate all of the apples (including the skin) until all that is left is the core (which should be discarded).
Stir together the grated apple and rolled oats in a bowl until they are well combined.
Transfer to two bowls or glasses and leave overnight.
In the morning serve with the raspberries.
