Raspberry and Apple Bircher

This simple Raspberry and Apple Bircher is a fantastic way to start the day with minimal effort.

Ingredients

  • 400 grams apples roughly 4 apples
  • 150 grams rolled oats
  • 2 handfuls raspberries frozen or fresh

Instructions

  • Grate all of the apples (including the skin) until all that is left is the core (which should be discarded).
  • Stir together the grated apple and rolled oats in a bowl until they are well combined.
  • Transfer to two bowls or glasses and leave overnight.
  • In the morning serve with the raspberries.
