Oven Roasted Caulilini

Ingredients

  • 250 g Caulilini
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic thinly sliced
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Pre-heat the oven to 200 C / 392 F / gas mark 6.
  • Place the caulilini into a roasting tin along with the olive oil, garlic and salt and pepper. Toss well.
  • Roast for 15 minutes until the white florets are just turning brown and the stems are tender.
