- 400 grams apples roughly 4 apples
- 150 grams rolled oats
- 1 pinch cinnamon
- 2 handfuls blackberries frozen or fresh
First, grate all of the apples (including the skin) until all that is left is the core (which should be discarded).
Stir together the grated apple and rolled out in a bowl until they are well combined.
Add the cinnamon and stir.
Transfer to two bowls or glasses and leave overnight.
In the morning, top with the blackberries and serve.
