Ingredients

  • 400 grams apples roughly 4 apples
  • 150 grams rolled oats
  • 1 pinch cinnamon
  • 2 handfuls blackberries frozen or fresh

Instructions

  • First, grate all of the apples (including the skin) until all that is left is the core (which should be discarded).
  • Stir together the grated apple and rolled out in a bowl until they are well combined.
  • Add the cinnamon and stir.
  • Transfer to two bowls or glasses and leave overnight.
  • In the morning, top with the blackberries and serve.
