This sparkling cocktail is inspired by the flavous of gin.

or other sparkling white wine
light brown sugar
In the bottom of a cocktail shaker, crush the juniper berries with the light brown sugar.
Top with the Champagne then strain into large martini glasses.
It's as simple as that!
For an added professional touch, dust the rims of the glasses with light brown sugar first.
