Chocolate Rice Krispie Nests

Ingredients

  • 150 g milk chocolate
  • 60 g rice krispies
  • 36 mini eggs

Instructions

  • Break the chocolate into squares (or roughly chop) and place into a heat proof bowl.
  • Melt the chocolate either by warming it in the microwave at 10 second intervals or by placing the bowl over a saucepan of simmering water.
  • Stir the chocolate regularly until the chocolate has just melted.
  • Take the chocolate off of the heat and stir in the rice krispies until they are all coated.
  • Before the chocolate has a chance to set, place 3 mini-eggs in the centre.
  • Allow the chocolate to cool completely before eating.
