Dragon Fruit and Berry Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients

For the smoothie bowl

  • 1 dragon fruit
  • 2 bananas
  • 75 grams raspberries frozen, see note 1
  • 6 tbsp oats
  • 2 tbsp plant milk e.g. oat milk, coconut milk or almond milk

Toppings

  • 4 strawberries
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 2 tbsp raspberries

Instructions

  • Scoop out a few pieces of the dragon fruit flesh to use as a topping and place to one side.
  • Place the rest of the dragon fruit in your blender with the other smoothie bowl ingredients.
  • Slowly blend until you get a creamy smoothie, it may take a few short bursts and scraping the ingredients into the middle of your blender until it runs smoothly.
  • Garnish with your favourite toppings and enjoy!

Note 1

I think dragon fruit and raspberries compliment each other really well but you can use any mix of frozen berries you wish!
