Tequila Salsa

This boozy Tequila Salsa is not for kids! Add a bit of fire to your salsa to make your next Mexican night even more spicy!

Ingredients

  • 3 plum tomatoes
  • 1 yellow pepper
  • 1 red pepper
  • 1 red chilli pepper
  • 0.5 red onion
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 limes juice only
  • 50 ml tequila
  • 1 handful coriander

Instructions

  • Finely dice the tomatoes, peppers, chilli and red onion.
  • Spoon the diced vegetables and tomato into a bowl along with all of the juice and pips (we don't want to waste any flavour!)
  • Add the pinch of salt, lime juice and tequila and stir well.
  • Leave the salsa to sit for 30 minutes for optimum flavour.
  • Roughly chop the coriander and stir through the salsa immediately before serving.
