Ingredients

  • 200 grams baby salad leaves
  • 150 grams watermelon
  • 100 grams feta
  • 2 pickled shallots sliced
  • 3 tbsp balsamic glaze
  • 2 tbsp micro greens

Instructions

  • Toss the salad leaves with the pickled shallots and half of the feta. Place onto the centre of your plate.
  • Add the watermelon cubes and remaining feta before drizzling with the balsamic glaze.
  • Finish with the micro greens and serve.
