Ingredients

  • 100 ml coconut water
  • 100 ml coconut yogurt
  • 2 bananas sliced
  • 150 g blueberries fresh or frozen
  • 4 tbsp rolled oats

Instructions

  • Pour the coconut water and natural yogurt into your blender.
  • Next add the sliced bananas, blueberries and rolled oats.
  • Blitz the mix on high until smooth.
  • Pour into the glasses and enjoy.
