Ingredients
  • 50 millilitres Campari
  • 50 millilitres sweet vermouth
  • 50 millilitres gin Burleighs London Dry
  • 25 millilitres pine simple syrup
  • ice to serve
  • 2 cloves
  • Cinnamon stick optional
Instructions
  1. Shake the Campari, vermouth, gin and pine simple syrup in a cocktail shaker
  2. Pour over ice.
  3. Serve with 2 cloves and a cinnamon stick to stir (optional).
