These zesty mango margaritas are the perfect drink to serve alongside a Mexican feast!
Servings: 2 people
Mix the chilli and salt on a plate.
Rub the rim of each glass with a little of the agave nectar.
Dip the agave rubbed rims into the chilli and salt mix and place to one side.
Pour the agave nectar, tequila and juice of the limes into a blender along with the flesh of the mango and the ice.
Blitz on high until the desired texture has been reached.
Pour into the chilli and salt rimmed glasses.
Garnish with a wedge of lime.
