Easter Marshmallow Nests are a classic Eater treat loved by the whole family!

  • 100 grams rice krispie cereals
  • 100 grams marshmallows
  • 50 grams butter
  • 1 tbsp golden syrup
  • 60 mini eggs
  1. Melt the butter a pan with the marshmallows and stir.
  2. Keep the heat low and add the golden syrup when the marshmallows begin to lose their shape.
  3. Gently stir the mix until a thick sticky liquid has formed. Immediately pour this over the rice krispies and stir.
  4. Working quickly so that the mix doesn't set, spoon the mixture into paper cases topping with chocolate mini eggs or marshmallows.
  5. Allow to cool before eating.
