White Whine Sangria (Sangria Blanca)

White Wine Sangria is a lighter, fruitier version of classic red wine sangria making it ideal for hot summer days.

Ingredients

  • 750 millilitres White Wine Blossom Hill, Sauvingnon Blanc
  • 200 millilitres passion fruit juice
  • 150 millilitres peach schnapps Archers
  • 1 lemon sliced
  • 1 lime sliced
  • 1 handful raspberries
  • 1 handful strawberries
  • 2 handfuls ice cubes

Instructions

  • Pour the bottle of white wine, schnapps and passion fruit juice into a large jug over ice cubes.
  • Cut the lemon and lime into slices and add to the jug.
  • Add in the raspberries and strawberries sliced.
  • Serve over more ice.
