  • 200 grams butter
  • 200 grams light brown sugar
  • 200 grams white chocolate
  • 4 eggs
  • 180 grams plain flour
  • 1 vanilla pod
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 80 grams Galaxy golden eggs
  • 100 grams Milky Bar mini eggs
  1. Pre-heat your oven to gas mark 4.
  2. Line a rectangular cake tin with grease proof paper.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan along with the white chocolate and sugar.
  4. Once melted completely, allow to cool, stirring frequently to ensure it stays smooth and liquid.
  5. Once the butter and chocolate mixture is cool, whisk in the eggs, one at a time.
  6. Scrape the seeds out of the vanilla pod and fold through the liquid mix with the salt and flour.
  7. Pour the batter into the tin.
  8. Bake in the centre of the oven for 30 minutes or until a crust has formed on top of the brownies but they are bouncy to the touch.
  9. 5 minutes before taking out of the oven, push the mini eggs into the top of the brownies - don't be afraid to create cracks in the surface.
  10. Allow to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
