If you haven’t been following my stories on instagram you’ve been missing out. Since getting my VonShef 1260W Cream Stand Mixer I’ve had great fun baking cakes, breads and meringues with the help of my new bit of kit.

Whipping up a batch of cupcakes is now competely effortless. I genuinely don’t know how I survived without a mixer before. All the hassle has been taken out of baking! Though I may now develop bingo wings…I think beating cake batter was all the exercise my arm muscles got!
