I’m joining in again with Meal Planning Monday this week, originally started by Mrs M with At Home from Mrs M. I feels so much more content when my life is all organised so I’m pleased to be posting regular meal plans again!
This week things are a little more calm. I’m eating out with friends just once, and don’t have any other weekday evening plans which means Jon and I can head out for dinner just the two of us as a treat!
We are spoilt for choice in Southgate with two new restaurants having opened up in the last few months. But, before we can try them out there’s one restaurant we still haven’t tried which is one of the most popular in the area – Thalassa. We’ll be heading there on Friday. It specialises in seafood so I’m quite excited! Fish is the one thing that stops me going vegetarian!

Monday – Mexican Quinoa Casserole (a new recipe I’m developing)
Tuesday – Dinner out with friends
Wednesday – Peanut Soup (another recipe I’m currently working on!)
Thursday – Lentil Lasagne (because its our favourite)
Friday – Dinner at Thalassa, Southgate
Saturday – Visiting family
Sunday – Visiting family
